Stereo Delay: second repeat allways louder

Thank you. I’ll do it.

I contacted support a few days ago. They told me to do a few things, like uploading a preset where they could check the problem.

I answered that it’s easier than that: as I told here, you can go to preset 1A, activate the Simple Ping Pong Delay block and activate its Ping Pong function. It should be very noticeable.

I’m waiting for their answer and if they still want me to upload a preset, I will.

I’d love if some of you tried it and comment here.

Thank you.

Oh, I didn’t tell you that I had an answer from Neural. Here is what it says:

"Hi there,

Apologies for the delay in response. The developers are looking in to this issue and we will update you when we have further information.

Thanks for your patience and support!

Best regards,

Neural DSP Support Team"

I’m happy because they are checking it. I hope they solve it soon (if it affects all units, not only a few).

This happens with me too and seens to be by design.

Try using the Micro Processor in the Mod section, you can set delays with different times without using ping pong.

I woukd like their stereo delays to allow separate controls for feedback and mix which would address this issue.

I cannot see a single reason to do it by design. I think if it happens to every Quad Cortex, it’s just a fail that should be solved, and I hope they’ll do it soon. It doesn’t look like a very big programming challenge.
