I’m trying to set up my QC for quiet late night jamming so that music comes from MAC and I play my guitar on it. The problem is that QC forces the sound into both OUT 1/2 and headphones. I have my monitors plugged in OUT 1/2 (actually the subwoofer from which the monitors are fed). Is there a way to disable (in a Preset, not in IO-settings) OUT 1/2 so that the subwoofer does not receive signal from QC? What I want is just signal (Spotify + guitar) to headphones only. The subwoofer is located so that it is not practical to reach its power button to silence it.

No. You can only disable outputs in the I/O settings. There you can simply mute Out1&2.
