Overtone X (expected to get PCOM)

While Darkglass Ultimate does offer pre- and post-effects, that won’t get the PCOM treatment. Parallax X has the PCOM treatment and does what it does well. …and I do use it. But it’s the only PCOM option that is truly bass guitar leaning. Guitar players get three amps to pick from per Archetype. Bass players don’t get that choice yet.

Overtone X would be three real rigs, aimed at tones of players that were very upfront: Geddy Lee, Chris Squire, Cliff Burton, Tim Commerford, Justin Chancellor, Matt Freeman. Different genres, same approach — bass as lead voice, not just foundation.
