Same. I was gonna sell my two fractal EV2 for the Lehle but holding off for the time being.
So strange, I’ve had my 2 Lehle pedals since getting a QC over 2 years ago and I can testify to their accuracy, durability and superb customer service, of all the manufacturers they are the one that will sell you all the component parts of their many devices from the website.
I’ve never experienced any bug myself and I found their firmware update to be flawless.
The sweep on the QC is complete and is highly accurate due to their use of a magnet, I love having an expression pedal that can also control any element of my vst3’s too

I have to recalibrate all my expression pedals everytime I use them.
No matter what kind I use.
Got used to that. But that’s not how it should be!

That seems strange…..You mean every time you turn the unit on, or if you unplug them? Either way that is very weird
I’m having a similar issue: new QC, tried two different pedals (Boss and Moog), two different cables, both expression inputs. The calibration process seems jumpy, watching what it’s reading, and the end result is that the QC claims full on well before the pedal has reached toe-down. I’ve verified with an ohm meter that the resistance continues to change as the pedal is pressed beyond what the QC claims is max.
Neural was able to replicate the issue. I submitted a bug report and they mentioned there would be a fix in the next update. The Lehle pedals are amazing and so smooth. I can still use the Lehle with the QC, it’s more of an inconvenience that the QC isn’t collaborating it perfectly, but rest assured a solution is coming.
I also started a mini board where I use the Lehle with my Meris Mercury X and it works flawlessly with that.
In a world of screen warriors, I want to reiterate again how spectacular Lehle and Neural customer service has been. I will be a forever customer based on their customer service alone.

I just completed my new board with both the Lehle Dual Expression and my Quad Cortex. Leading up to this build I’ve been keeping an eye on this thread, and I’m hoping my next step of learning the calibration and functionality goes smoothly. If not then I’ll be looking forward to the next update.

Mixed news and results over the weekend. Both my QC and DE have the latest updates. I’m using TRS cables connected from the DE to the QC.
The great news:
Calibration was not an issue at all, for both exp1 and exp2 on the QC! I just followed the Lehle YouTube video. Smooth sailing so far.
The good news:
Setting up the DE as a volume pedal block worked great when it’s the only expression block used on the preset.
This is also the same for the whammy and wah blocks, if they were the only expression block used on the preset.
The frustrating news:
The wah block, no matter which wah block when activated, seemingly cuts the rest of the tone in my scene. So, if I was on a distortion scene and activate the wah it doesn’t sound like a distorted wah, but a clean tone wah over powering the distortion scene.
The bad news:
Getting both a volume and wah block to work on the same preset is seemingly impossible without activating both. There is no good help on YouTube except for settings one person uses and shares a short video with no explanation other than showing those settings on the QC screen.
I had to walk away because the combination of my frustration and my wah constantly being activated while testing made my SO and her dog uncomfortable. 
Any thoughts or advice are greatly appreciated.
I usually assign the exp to several blocks doing different things, simultaneously.
Then just use scenes to switch off the ones I’m not using, on a scene by scene basis.
Also, I got surprisingly good results putting a wah block after the dumble amp, sometimes the wah sounds better after the amp imo.

Assigning the expression to multiple blocks in a scenes could be useful for time based effects, but this is for a volume and wah block in the same preset and scene. Trying to have a wah effect active by rocking the pedal to the heel simultaneously cuts the volume.
I always put my wah towards the end of the signal chain, whether it’s the QC or in the past on analog pedalboards.
As far as I remember, you need to set the “invert range” at one block to toggle it off, when the other gets on.
Yes, this is what I heard at LEHLE customer desk from other customers also.
From customers I heard it’s a specific batch of QCs combing with the current FW.
Neural seems to work on an update.
I just looked at Cortex Control before heading out to work, and I don’t see a “invert range” anywhere obvious. Here are a couple screenshots, the second screenshot is scrolled down to see the other “assign expression pedal” options and to see the 3 dot menu on the wah block.
I’m pretty sure this is a seperate issue than what @fendervox was experiencing with calibration issues. Again, no issues with setup or calibrating.
Would highly suggest just having two separate expression pedals for this, or using scenes to control which block is being affected by the expression. I don’t see the point in trying to use one, especially when you have to rely on the same pedal for volume. Even if you do the invert range trick that Lehle suggested , I don’t see how that won’t risk cutting your volume.
the ‘invert range’ option is the squiggly arrow next to the Bypass Switch options on your XP2 switch assignments. For the 2 fx you want to toggle, leave one normal and invert the range for the second one. However, there is presently a bug in the system for sure as my preset templates are not cooperating as intended (they used to)- it’s taking me 2 presses to get some to register
Also, STLp is right, a dual pedal gets tricky for toggling fx- you have to pedal all the way up thru the throw to get to the toe-switch, and that’s not optimal for vol or wah or wham. 2 separate pedals are much more versatile
You’ll see my previous mention trying to use scenes. I’m sticking with one “Dual Expression” to avoid having two separate expression pedals on my pedalboard. I will work using two seperate presets, but trying to make it work on one within the scene or even hybrid mode.

Again, the pedal works amazingly well with volume/wah/whammy but only when by themselves in the preset. Wost case scenario I copy a preset to a new one that has just a wah block for literally one song I need it on and another preset for one song I need the whammy block.
This would all be easiest if you either use a scene to swap what the pedal controls, or have two expression pedals. I wouldn’t rely on a dual expression pedal to control the stuff you’re saying. The dual outputs are typically meant to control two separate pedals at once (for example a separate Strymon delay and reverb that don’t communicate their expression to one another otherwise).
This is why scenes exist
Hope we’re not side-tracking the Lehle content here, but if you’re cool with toggling via the Toe-switch, you should be good once you assign the invert range setting to one of the fx blocks.
If you want to pursue using Scenes to toggle fx, the main thing is that they can’t be assigned to auto-bypass via the ‘stop’ or heel/toe position options. If you’re ok with that, it’s a really good option too, you can assign more fx to the XP this way than when toggling via switch
