•This screen appears when the programs.
• I tried a factory reset, but the error occurred

•Use the genuine 12V, 3.0A AC adapter.
•After performing a factory reset, the error recurred when I connected the original USB drive to my Windows 11 laptop.
• I wasn’t doing anything in particular, but an error suddenly occurred when I booted up from Reboot mode.
•The Quad Cortex OS is the latest version, 4.1.0
•Even if it starts up normally, this red message appears a few seconds later.
•When this appears, if you press “Cancel,” the sound will no longer change even if you change presets or scenes.

Yeah, Support will definitely need to guide you. That kind of error is often caused by corrupt data on the unit, in a preset or capture. If this is the case, only they can help you
