everytime I try to connect to my account I get this error : An error occurred while connecting to the cloud: associating hardware with the account failed. network error? Have you tried changing your password? If that doesn’t work, Support pretty much always needs to get involved ---

A few more details needed: Have you had your QC for a while, or is it a recent purchase? Did you get yours brand new, or secondhand? Have you ever been able to connect with your account in the past, or has it always had this problem? ---

Worst case if you have a recent backup you could try a factory reset and restore. Either way, support will follow up and help you resolve. They are usually pretty quick. ---

I bought it second hand like two months ago and I was able to log in with my account, now today I tried to update it and I got this problem ---

have you checked with [Support@neuraldsp.com](mailto:Support@neuraldsp.com) yet? If there’s something glitched with your account, they’ll need to correct it from their end. We’d need more info if we were going to try to user-troubleshoot it here. ---

if we can get it figured out we should post the resolution here since you’re having the same issue/error message as the OP. Can you confirm: 1. you ARE connected to wifi? 2. you can’t link your NDSP account ---
