# QC screen black and blinks blue during boot

**CorOS Version:** Latest

**Describe your issue:**  
When I plug in the power plug screen stays black and all LEDs blinking blue. No core OS update done. Happened from the day to the other

**Steps to reproduce your issue:**  
1.Plugin power plug

**I expected this to happen:**  
N/A

**I have tried the following things:**  
Open the back, taken out the SD card and put it in again

I would email [support@neuraldsp.com](mailto:support@neuraldsp.com) so they can log your issue and provide resolution. Make sure you don’t have anything plugged in cable wise and please ensure you are using the OEM power supply. Also, I would avoid opening the unit as NDSP may void the warranty.

All done already. They wrote back asking for a video which I did.  
They haven’t sent me a resolution yet but mentioned that the device most likely needs to be sent in.  
Does anyone know the destination where it needs to be sent to?

And if anyone has any other idea which issue it could be please feel free mentioning it here

There are repair facilities in both US and Finland depending on where you are at.
