# Problem turning the quadcortex on

Hi All  
I own a quadcortex and I can turn on the device. I bough it some months ago but only could use it once until today and it worked. I plug the adaptor but it does not turn on  
I also press the power bottom but it does not turn on.  
Not sure if something broke or if I should press other bottoms. Can you help me?  
I am running 220 with the adaptor of neutal of 12 volts

Ensure you are using the stock power supply and remove anything connected currently, then power cycle etc. If you are still having issues, please email [support@neuraldsp.com](mailto:support@neuraldsp.com) and they will get you sorted quickly.
