# Petrucci plugin not opening from stand alone or DAW

I installed the plugin. It said the ilok license manager needed to be updated, so I did that and restarted my computer. I clicked the stand alone shortcut on my desktop and it looks like it loads for a moment, but it never opens up. I opened Reaper and scanned for new plugins but nothing showed up. I reinstalled both ilok and the plugin a couple times, trying to figure out if I’m doing something wrong, but I get the same results. Any ideas what’s going on?
