Today I decided to update my QC to 2.1.1 from 2.0 and I have no audio from any physical output. I’ve checked the I/O screen and I see signal from the input all the way through the signal chain and I also see signal on the outputs but there is no audio.
I plugged in the midi cable and my PC is getting audio fine, just not the XLRs or the headphone jack.
I’ve even gone as far as doing a “factory reset” to no avail. I’ve sent an email to the support team but I have a gig next weekend and I can’t have this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is the headphone jack not working on any factory presets? Were you using headphones prior to having to troubleshooting after the update? If you are testing on a user preset, make sure you don’t have a block muted in your path.
Are you using an expression pedal? If so, check and make sure it isn’t heel down or just unplug it while testing. Also, might want to recalibrate it and save. Main volume knob up. Checked cables and reseated them?
If all else fails, I would contact Neural support. They can walk you through rolling back to a prior version.
