My WiFi - not in the List?

Hi,

I am trying to connect my QC, but my WiFi isn’t in the list; however - I saw it in the list ONCE. My WiFi - is/does broadcast on 2.4 GHz by the way.

It wasn’t in the list and I scrolled down slowly and scrolled back up. I saw it in the list one time, but then it disappeared. I rebooted the QC, and my WiFi isn’t in the list?

Maybe try rebooting your WiFi? No reports / bugs currently known. Also make sure you are not using non-standard characters if possible.

For the first time connection try to get closer to the router. When router broadcast dual band with the same name sometimes may cause issues in devices that just connect to 2.4

I saw something about the QC only working with the 2.4 GHz, but yeah, my WiFi has broadcasts on both 5 and 2.4 GHz. I was like 4 feet away and absolutely nothing in between the QC and WiFi router. I could not get it to work. Very Frustrating.
