Has anyone experienced this? How to solve it? Is it a problem with the SD card?
I had one do it and I sent it back while still under warranty and got a new one. Some people claim that you can re-seat the card and it can fix the issue. You can always try contacting support. Good luck
You’ll want to email neural support. I’ve had this happen with a couple QC’s. They’ll help figure out a repair
Yes, I already sent them an email! I was finally able to send the invoice later, as I couldn’t find it at first — I’m from Brazil and bought my Quad Cortex abroad back in 2022, when there were no official resellers here yet. I purchased it from Sweetwater. Now I’m waiting to see if I can still get support under warranty! I also tried the cloning card process, but it didn’t work for me — I saw several people reporting the same issue.
