# Midi CC slot toggle

Currently midi CC commands value:

0 - 63 = off  
64 - 127 = on

How about:

0 - 60 = off  
61 - 70 = toggle  
71 - 127 = on

Or something like that. This would allow midi controllers to toggle block states across presets without needing to know current block state on the external controller
