# Lockup after Neural capture

**Describe your issue:**  
No sound; all switches and knobs function normally; power switch does not work (normal mode)

**Steps to reproduce your issue:**

1. Neural capture
2. Step 2
3. Step 3

**I expected this to happen:**  
This has only happened once, but thought it should be reported

**I have tried the following things:**  
switching to factory presets
