So… like when are the
LFOs - which can modulate ANY parameter in ANY fx block (including utility blocks)
===>and
a Granular fx block (think H9 or FRMS - Granular Synthesizer | Imaginando )

coming out?

Neural hasn’t said anything at all about LFO functions. Vote here if you haven’t already:

Some granular functions will be coming in the next CorOS update via the Misha Mansoor X plug-in. But we haven’t heard anything else.
