The new Pattern Tremolo added in recent updates is fantastic. However, I feel that the current 16-step limit is a bit restrictive when trying to create long, complex slicing patterns.
To create a sharp stutter/slicer effect, we currently have to use multiple steps to completely mute the sound in between beats (e.g., setting levels to 100, 0, 100, 0). Because of this, the 16 steps get used up very quickly, resulting in very short loops (essentially only 8 active beats).
If the step limit could be increased to 32 or even 64 steps, it would allow us to create much longer, evolving rhythmic sequences, similar to what you can do with dedicated slicer pedals like the Boss SL-2.
Expanding the step count would make this effect incredibly powerful for modern rock, EDM, and ambient styles. Please consider this for a future update!
