# I use the plugin and there is a guitar sound, but when I open a song on YouTube, there is no sound.

Hello everyone, I’m a newbie to using plug-ins. I’m currently using a Windows computer and I’m having a problem: when I open the program, the guitar sound connected to the audio interface sounds normal as Present is set, but when I try to play a practice song from YouTube, there’s no sound. What settings should I make? I’m currently using the Roland Rubix24 audio interface. Thank you for your answers.

Make sure you are sending your Windows main speaker out to your interface, assuming you have monitors hooked up ?
