Headphone Buzz QC/QC Mini

I’m planning to buy a QC Mini and one thing I’ll use it for is headphone only playing. I’ve seen reports that the QC and QC Mini can suffer from buzzing when used with headphones only due to the lack of grounding in the power supply.

Firstly, I just wanted to check if anyone knows if this issue was actually resolved in the Mini?! And if not, has anyone found any simple solutions? From the research I did there was suggestion that simply plugging the USB port into a computer/laptop actually resolves it as that adds a ground, so that may be enough for my use case.

My Mini behaves even weirder.

When the CPU usage goes above 30%, I get a constant, high-pitched tinnitus-like buzz in my right earcup. This happens even when nothing is plugged into the input and even when all the blocks are turned off.
