Is this normal?
I have a patch that has quite a lot of elements, but it “only” uses 56% CPU. Is this normal that with 56% CPU used the global EQ and input gate are disabled?
I would have thought that this would happen only when you reach over 80% CPU.
it depends on what’s on the first two rows, since it’s sharing CPU with the Global EQ. If you can move some of the blocks to rows 3&4 you may free enough to reinstate the GEQ
The CPU meter is really not that useful; you can hit pretty low #s and still not be able to add to the grid

Ohhhhhhh, so the Global EQ uses the CPU from rows 1&2.
Then I’ll move some things to rows 3&4.
Thanks for the tip.

Worked! Now my patch can use the Global EQ again. Thanks!

awesome! I was pretty sure that’d be the culprit with the %# being so low.
