Hello, i would love to have some Orange Amps and Engl Amps on the Quad Cortex. Yes, I know you can download amps over the Cortex mobile app, but these amps are captured with specific settings on the amps. For me these amps are a hit or miss and I can’t find any really good captures of these. Especially the Orange Rockerverb and Engl Savage 120 and Fireball 100 would be awesome. ---

Hello there, I believe you just passed by the models. There are captures for some Orange and ENGL amps. Or are you saying it could be good to have some modelers of these? If you didn’t checked the captures, their names are: NGL Energy (Powerball mkI), NGL Marty’s (Inferno Marty Friedman signature), NGL PA-930 (Poweramp 930/60), NGL Rainbow (Ritchie Blackmore signature 100), Range Rock (Orange Rocker 30), Range Rockverb (Rockerverb 100 mk3), Range Stormverb (Thunderverb 50). ---

Their post says they would prefer a model of those amps, rather than just a capture ---

I with you on this. I own both those amps, and have made several of my own captures of them, but I would much rather have them fully modeled in the QC so one block could handle the entire range of settings for each rather than having multiple copies of different captures all over the grid. ---

I became confused based on the explanation. @LSR, I agree with your vision, but in terms of saving CPU power, the captures handle it better. Or am I mistaken? All captures of mine use much less of CPU. ---

I’m with you on this one. There definitely needs to be a model of the ENGL Fireball or Powerball II on the QC, not just a capture. ---

Yes, but captures are a pain in the ass. Lots of time lost just testings caps. Models all the way. ---

Agreed. The Fractal Engl Savage is one of the best. Would love to see NDSP offer this! ---

Just FYI - you have to create a separate and specific amp request for each model per the rules of the forum. Plus you can check if there are already engl and orange amp requests. And yes there are - upvote them.
