# Downloading a capture

Im able to use someone else’s presets but when i download there captures I can see it but cant store or play it??

Hi @Carlos1 and welcome to the community! If I am understanding your question correctly, when you download a capture, it downloads to your QC. You can use the individual capture by going into ‘My Captures’ and then adding a capture block to your signal chain as needed.

Yes I see it in “my captures” but if I click on it nothing happens

You have to add a capture block first; add the “Neural Capture” block to your signal chain, it will open the directory for ‘My Captures’ and “Factory Captures 1…2…3 etc.” then choose your newly downloaded (or newly created) capture.
