Does anyone here have or have had experience with a real Matchless DC30?
I’ve been having a lot of trouble miking it on the Quad Cortex model; it sounds super aggressive in the high frequencies. An SM57 on the CapEdge seems unthinkable, even when mixed with a 121. I’d like to know your techniques for miking the DC30?
