# DI signal constantly coming through

Would there be any reason that I would constantly have a steady DI signal sound alongside the processed sound? Currently using the Steinberg UR-RT2 I/O with Cubase Elements 10.5. I/O settings are correct in the plug-in/stand alone. Only input 1 is selected. DI signal still comes through tuner when muted.

Hi @prsboogie2. You probably need to disable Direct Monitoring on your interface.

Thank you for your response! I overlooked direct monitoring and that corrects the issue within the DAW. However I’m still having the same issue when I use Plini as a stand-alone.
