Here is the full Apple crash report. Repeatable issue in which Cortex Control hangs on loading settings and/or crashes. Hoping this might help you debug though know it is a known issue. I assume they know what is going on. It seems to be something related to the state of the QC itself. If I unplug the QC from the Mac it never crashes. However, when I plug it in it does crash. It seems that changing presets on the QC affects things. If QC Control is crashing then changing preset will make it “only” hang on start. If hanging on start sometimes unplugging and then changing presets on the QC will get it working. ---

I am having the same issue. Latest CorOS and latest drivers and Cortex Control. ---

Yes - same. The update to 3.0 has cause me to start having this same problem again. It seems to relate to starting up the QC with one of my own presets. A workaround (not 100% effective) is to switch the QC to a factory preset, turn it off, restart Cortex Control, and then turn on the QC. ---

I have tried this and it doesn’t work. I get exactly the same problem regardless of whether I am direct connected to the laptop USB or indirectly connected via a hub. ---

Problem is new Macbooks only have a couple ports…
