# Cortex cloud not working at all

Hy all, i’m going nuts here. I have a nano cortex for more than a year. everything was ok. then i check that my downloaded captures was not working. i try to add then and it gives an error, i check about it and all tells me to factory reset. so i upload my backup and factory reset. then is all gone. the backup are not working, lost my captures that was working, my presets, everything, this is just ridiculous…am i the only one on that?

and before asking, internet is ok, bluetoth is ok, never have problems with conectioon losses. software is updated.

ok, news on that. i tested other phone with my account, and everything works, my backup, add new captures…the problem was on my phone…
