# Cortex app disconnects and reconnects, no internet connection notice

Sometimes the cortex loud app will disconnect and reconnect giving me a no internet connection. If I minimize the app leaving it running in the background, and look at my iPhone settings and go back to the cortex cloud app, it has disconnects ted and I have to manually reconnect the nano to the app. I’ve also noticed that there’s no nano cortex loud app in my background app refresh settings of my iPhone.
