Constant rebooting of Quad Cortex

Describe your issue:
when i just use the unit at home, it will reboot all of a sudden, sometimes it will show error, sometimes it won’t

I have tried the following things:

  • I have tried factory reset

  • I have tried rebooting

  • I have tried removing all cables and then reboot

    Have been thinking about sending the unit back to Thomann. Anyone has the experience with it and can share on how to wrap up the unit properly? Thanks

I would send the diagnostic report to support via the QC settings if you decide to coordinate with support first. Are you using the OEM power-supply? If not ensure you are providing 12v @ 2A minimally. Usually weird behavior can be attributed to inadequate power. If you just purchased, it might be easier to RMA with Thomann and coordinate a replacement through them.
