Hi @alex10n , I would definitely email [support@neuraldsp.com](mailto:support@neuraldsp.com) so they can work with you and ultimately help in determining the resolution. It appears you are running MACos? If so, there may be more variables for compatibility related issues but it’s best to work with support to log and resolve. ---

@alex10n - I had the same problem once, also on MacOS. After MacOS update I did not update iLOK software/drivers. Took me two days to find it was causing the problems. Just in case - check iLok for updates.
