it seems that we can set the tempo for a preset only at a whole number bpm. Not all setlist are exactly to whole number. for example 69.5 bpm instead of 70 bpm. I know we can do some workarounds with not using quarter note etc. But that is limited. I did not see in the user guide how to set the tempo to the decimal. Is this feature not available?
Hi there, You can do this via converting to milliseconds instead of BPM. To convert BPM to mlliseconds (for quarter notes) take 60,000 and divide it by the desired BPM to get the correct milliseconds. Note however you can only do this in the time based effects (delays, etc) where you can disable the SYNC NOTE in the block and enter the milliseconds directly (with a decimal). Note: You cannot do this on the master Tempo/metronome.
