Bonsoir , j ai réalisé quelques captures je les ai charges sur le nano cortex tout fonctionnait bien .depuis ce jour je n ai plus aucun son de mes captures , j ai voulu les recharger du cloud impossible et j ai eu un message d erreur .je peux utiliser les autres captures mais plus les miennes . Mes captures sont visibles sur mon compte mais ne fonctionne plus Avez-vous déjà eu ce cas là-bas ? E ---

Good evening, I made some captures on my nano cortex, I loaded them on the nano cortex, everything worked well. Since that day I no longer have any sound from my captures, I wanted to reload them from the cloud, it was impossible and I got a message error. I can use the other captures but not mine anymore. My captures are visible on my account but no longer work Have you ever had this happen there? ---

That does sound odd and I don’t believe I have seen that issue occur as of yet. I believe you would be better if you emailed [support@neuraldsp.com](mailto:support@neuraldsp.com) and had them look at your account and also address that error message. ---

I have the same problem with a capture, how did you recover the capture? I haven’t uploaded it to the cloud. ---
