Blue Flashing LEDS of Death. Hope this is the right place? I have the issue that a number of user have reported we the QA wont boot, just stops at blue slowly flashing LEDs. Can’t believe a high end unit can’t just break like this. I have reported to support but no response yet. This has completely broken my trust in using the quad cortex in a live situation. Any ideas other then remounting the sd card?

Most likely you have to ship it to Neural for repair. Had this with two different units. One of the QC’s had a broken sd card reader, so replacing the SD card wasn’t an option

I opened the back, pulled the SD card out, put it back in, and everything has worked great since.
