After playing with the free Neural Amp Modeler plugin the past few days I’ve come to really prefer the sound over many of my QC captures/amp models. There are multiple hardware solutions that now offer the ability to load NAM models so why not add it to the QC so we can use the amazing QC FX? Another huge benefit I’ve found is using the Quantum Speaker cabinet models by Neutron Studios which also use NAM as a format and are much more realistic sounding than traditional IR’s.
