I’ve been debating getting a mini for a separate pedalboard (I have a QC). I power the big QC with 4 jumped Cioks ports to equal 2A. I know it says the mini needs 1.2A but was wondering if anyone tried just using 2 Cioks outputs to get 1A.

I got a 3 way for mine from here, my research found all 3 outlets were needed for the QCM so I didn’t even try 2 psu outlets, it may work but since the spec’s are 12v @1.2mA, I wont under power, not sure if that would be a warrantee violation… but would not want anything to happen to the unit.
I would highly suggest not doing that. These things are already super finicky, and I wouldn’t try under powering them.

Yeah I was planning to do what I’ve been doing for the big QC, using 4 jumped outputs for the mini which is 12V 2A. I’m not that brave. lol
But some brave soul discovered that QC didn’t really need 3A 
. Was hoping QCM was overestimated a little too.
I’ve been running my QC mini with 2 outputs set at 12v on my Cioks SOL and no issues or problems. Works great!
