Annoying error messages - “Something unexpected happened”

I’m not sure if I’m the only one… but I constantly get these “something unexpected happened” messages on the app even when nothing wrong is happening…

The annoying thing is, they stack up and I can’t click the button to choose an effect as seen on the image… as well as other buttons that are low down the page.

In order to get rid of them you need to click ONE by ONE… and it’s so annoying cause sometimes there’s like 20 of them…

And bear in mind this is without any obvious/noticeable error… it just appears on the app.

Also, are we ever getting an update? It seems like so many features are missing still and we are left behind since the mini release… Need of more midi capability is starting to take its toll

For reference, I’m running a Morningstar Mc6 mkII to control the nano, not sure if this is what could be causing the messages. But the midi works otherwise flawlessly… just wish there were more options for cc messages and expression control.

This happens to me. But it’s never multiple messages it’s always one and done

I also have a Morningstar MC6 MKII Pro and am getting this error message a lot. I have to reboot the Nano Cortex device for it to work again because both the nano app and NC device freeze/crash. Nano Cortex & Morningstar firmware are both up to date.

Yep. Familiar with this one. No fix in sight except rebooting, unfortunately.

please be sure to report to NDSP support so we can pray for a bug fix

I have since, reported all the 4 issues I’m experiencing directly to NDSP support… they were quick to reply and we are still testing to see…

But to so far, after a factory reset and app reinstall… it seems that most issues are caused by using the TRS midi… now what is causing it? Not sure yet, but its NOT the MC6, because the same issues happen when using the exp pedal directly…

However when using midi via USB-C it’s way more stable, haven’t encountered any issues yet. Except of course, not being able to use it as an audio interface while hooked up the controller…

Will have to do for now! I’ll let you know, if they tell me anything new!
