# Allow replace Modulation FX LFO with Expression pedal control

I want to use my expression pedal to control the sweep of phaser, flanger, vibe, and rotary. So the Expression position replaces the LFO.

I thought maybe “Manual” would be the parameter to use for phaser and flanger engine, but it doesn’t do what I expected (not sure what it does, frankly).
