If a row is full, is there a way to add another block without deleting one of the current ones?

Yes. Let’s say I already have all 8 blocks filled in Row 1, and I want to add a new block at the very beginning. Is there a way to shift-click or otherwise move all the existing blocks down to make room for it?
Make a block on another row or open space and then drag it into place. It will adjust the other blocks placement
