Ability to send backing tracks + tempo (no more computer on stage), like Helix Stadium

Many of us use backing tracks live, with a click track in our in-ears.

If the Quad Cortex could offer this capability so we wouldn’t have to use a computer… The Line6 Helix stadium offers this feature.

Media Player for Backing Tracks

Hey, It would be awesome if I could play MP3 backing tracks from the Quad instead of having to run a line in from my phone. Even better, given the fancy screen, if we could play MP4 video files… (so you could do lyrics as well as backing tracks). If I could, I’d have a different gig view page for each song, with the bottom 4 buttons being for sounds to switch between and the top 4 buttons as play/pause, rewind to start, mark time and loop (back) to mark (toggle on/off). Mp3 Recorder/Player + store Loops

Considering we got over 20GB free… why we don’t put them to use to record ideas, record sample to remember what a preset was created for, play backing tracks, just to say a few. with standard mp3 we got days of records. I would love a rec/play block or the looper to remember the loop when preset is saved to have it immediately playable (also to remeber what I created with the preset, can also be a vocal note).
